Naomi James-Adetoye (Keynote Speaker)
Naomi is a HR Business Partner with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of industries including insurance, Logistics and Tech. She studied Commerce in NUIG before going on to completing her Masters degree in Human Resource Management in NCI Dublin. She has a passion for working with the people and places great importance on wellbeing. (LinkedIn)
Bunmi Morgan
Bunmi is a Senior Product Operations Manager at Google with over a decade of experience driving product strategy, and technical execution at global scale. Known for balancing complex technology with user simplicity, Bunmi has launched and managed products that activated billions in value and deployed cross-border payment solutions spanning 13 countries. Beyond product leadership, Bunmi is dedicated to fostering the next generation of tech talent, co-leading the Black Googler Network, organizing the Google Ireland Hackathon, and APNI’s Lions Den’s 2026. Oluchi Ogwatta
Oluchi graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in General Nursing. After qualifying as a nurse, she decided to pursue her interest in law and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at TU Dublin. She now works as a Legal Assistant and Secretary to the solicitors at Orlaith Byrne & Company Solicitors while working towards qualifying as a solicitor by completing her FE1 examinations. She looks forward to sharing her experience of changing careers and encouraging others to pursue the path that’s right for them. (LinkedIn)
Innocent Matthew
Innocent is a technical recruiter with over five years of experience running the full 360 cycle, from sourcing and advertising through interviewing, negotiation, and placement. He’s hired across technology and SaaS, pharmaceuticals, finance, and hospitality. His interest in this work started with a Master’s thesis on job satisfaction, and that same question, what makes work genuinely fulfilling, still drives how he approaches hiring today. (LinkedIn)
